At construction of residential building or economic construction it is required to provide compliance of its basis to the prepared plan. The base serves as building support, being also transitional element between earth surface and the planes of box of the building. Accuracy of marking of walls of future construction will depend on quality of marking and laying of the foundation.
Instruction
1. In the beginning precisely define borders of possession and mark "the red line" of construction object. Provide the device of sewerage system, placement of septic tanks at preliminary draft marking. At this stage the plan of all site on which construction will be conducted is required.
2. When borders of the site are recorded, define the location of the house and its orientation. Consider at the same time relative positioning of the street and access path, position of houses of neighbors, arrangement of rocky breeds, pond or stream if those are available on the site.
3. By means of long cord designate contour of future base on the area. Begin with definition of starting point, having established in it cord. From this point postpone right angle and the horizontal plane that will form the base marking basis. Having noted length of wall of future building, again postpone right angle, and then consistently note all angular points of the base, having hammered pegs.
4. If you are going suit the base with the basement, make length of ditch one and a half meters more than sides of the base. After marking of ditch recede in the line of marking on 1.5 m and by means of lime note contour of the base for the excavator.
5. As after sample of soil the marking of corners of the house can be broken by the excavator, establish several auxiliary pegs outside of ditch, having taken out them on 3.0-3.5 m for base dimensions. On the plan note distance from each basic peg to house corner. Tie tape of bright color to pegs (orange or red) that the excavator operator could see them.
6. When dredging by the excavator observe design excavating depth. Orient the operator-excavator operator to work in the outlined perimeter noted by color tapes. After full dredging make laying of the base on the marking made by you.
