In interior design bent facades are more often used. They give certain dynamics to the room and allow to expand its borders visually. As a rule, facades are made on furniture production under the order in parameters of certain model, but it is possible and to change independently the cabinet furniture which is available for you.

Instruction
1. If you need to make product of certain radius, then previously make special sample framework. Radius on edge template has to correspond to the radius of future sample. Sample frameworks qualitatively will turn out from the remains or waste of laminated chipboard. As material for facade use fibreboard 3.2 mm thick.
2. Define how many preparations of fibreboard will be required to you on one facade. You proceed from its thickness, in if format of standard 16 mm, then prepare 5 pieces. From rear side use fibreboard with covering of one tone with frameworks of ready cabinets better, otherwise it is necessary to spend time for painting.
3. Cut out preparations with small allowance by the planned sizes, clean them from dust. Then apply glue, distribute evenly on all area. From above put the following preparation, again put adhesive layer. Repeat action. The last should not be greased with glue because front and back sides of facade have to remain dry.
4. Fix the stuck together layers of fibreboard on framework. At first take self-tapping screws one party. Twist self-tapping screws on the place of allowances. Then bend all design in framework form, attach other party. To avoid formation of waves at edges of product, closely wind it with office adhesive tape. With the same purpose you can fix equal bar from above at the edges, using the clamp.
5. Wait for several days until dries, then remove adhesive tape and self-tapping screws. Time to take care that the product in the future was not unbent has come. At once you fix small self-tapping screws. Avoid those places where there will be openings for handles and loop. Cut off all edges the fret saw, level edges grinding. If there is no grinder, then use the abrasive paper fixed on bar.
6. If you have noticed on edge of crack or not glued emptiness, then at first glue them, then putty. It was necessary to drill the necessary openings and to paint finished product.
7. There is one more way to make bent facade at which it is not necessary to do sample framework. Use special MDF which has cuts at distance about 5 mm from each other and smooth structure on both sides. Preparations from MDF can be fixed on template, and it is possible to record the milled parties inside. Then preparations stick together. MDF thickness, is 8 mm. For receiving standard facade in 16 mm it is enough to stick together two preparations. Wait until dries. Bring product to the necessary size, proshpaklyuyta faces.
