In many small apartments where each meter of the area on the account, is the best of all to have multipurpose things. The chair-bed acts as such thing. It takes not enough place, but there is a lot of advantage of it. The chair-bed can be got in shop, but why to spend money if it it is possible to make with own hands.
1. For a start it should be noted that in the basis of this piece of furniture there will be bench with soft folding pillows. In back part, behind back, it is possible to establish regiments with door on continuous loops. If desired it is possible to install hinges in bottom corners. Under sitting the volume box in which bedding will be stored is done.
2. The most primitive materials will be suitable for production. The overlaid plywood 10-12 millimeters thick or wood-shaving plate of 18-20 millimeters is required. The leaf of hardboard best of all is suitable for the bottom. At assembly it is necessary to use glue, plug-in wood nails and screws. The bench with covers is sheathed by the same fabric. The seat can be made by means of foam rubber and cotton wool which needs to be closed burlap. It fastens on furniture nails. It is separately necessary to be engaged in sewing of pillows. Foam rubber is their cornerstone.
3. Joining of pillows is made in the inverted look. They keep within on seat, and then take cover strong fabric which is beaten to bench and is sewn to pillows. If there is desire, then it is possible to add armrests to chair-bed. It is the best of all to do them of natural wood or metal pipes.
4. It is quite often possible to meet chair-bed which has sliding front part and two seats. The lower seat develops on side bars, and folding – on the lower seat. On special grooves the free promotion from under the lower seat of front part is made. By means of hinges the connection of back with the lower sitting is made. After hinding out it costs flush with sitting. It is possible to add design with folding legs which will provide back emphasis at hinding out. It is necessary to fix them on loops to back frame.
