1. The most convenient time for calculation of drainage system is the period of incessant rains or descent of snow. At this time all sites on which it is necessary to perform drainage works become visible. Make the drawing and mark on it especially problem places as you will carry out work on removal of excess water to dry weather.
2. For the device of opening drainage system dig out ditches of 60-70 cm in depth on all perimeter of the site. The bias has to be towards ditch or well not less than 30 cm.
3. Strengthen ditch by means of filling of cement slurry in timbering or establish sewer pipes. All drainage system has to be removed in one pipe or the strengthened ditch and to approach waste ravine or well.
4. For the device of the closed drainage system dig out trenches with sufficient bias towards waste well. In trench lay pipes, warm them heat-insulating material and dig trenches. That pipes have not frozen and have not ceased to function during the spring period, dig trenches on depth not less than 1.5 meters.
5. To make drainage directly of the soil, remove all fertile soil layer aside. In the formed space fill up crushed stone. Lay all removed layer of fertile soil on crushed stone. From the site where drainage works are carried out, start up drain of waters on the opened or closed drainage system.
6. Having installed drainage system on all perimeter of the site, you reliably protect it from dampness and problems connected with it.
