Most often professional architects, designers and builders are engaged in production of domes. But there is nothing impossible; it is possible to make roof of such form also the hands, having saved money on work of experts.
It is required to you
- - bolts and nuts of the different sizes;
- - assembly tape;
- - self-tapping screws;
- - electric fret saw;
- - wooden boards.
Instruction
1. For a start make edges for the future roof. For dome with a diameter of three meters it is necessary to prepare two types of edges: 35 pieces 88 centimeters long and 30 products 77 centimeters long. In general it is possible to calculate the necessary number of edges and their length, having drawn future design and having defined step of those. To provide as the dome framework looks, understand that each its edge is triangle. Several such triangles gather as the designer that allows to narrow gradually design to top and to receive spherical roof.
2. On the one side of each edge make saw cut at an angle of 45 degrees. It will allow quickly and, the main thing, is simple to collect design.
3. Screw edges self-tapping screws, using at the same time assembly tape on each party. It is possible to use also special connectors if you prefer to work with metal pipes instead of boards. Such connections represent "knots" into which insert the tubes making roof framework. Connectors can be 4, 5, 6-tikonechny. It is possible to calculate necessary quantity, having only drawn design.
4. Working with wooden boards, by means of marker mark all long and all short edges not to make mistake during assembly time.
5. Around the respective area place small edges or already ready edges, connecting them so that the circle has visually turned out.
6. Attach two big edges in the form of triangle, fix them above among themselves and at the basis of small edges. Make similar triangles on all circle.
7. Connect design which at you has turned out. Between each of the top corners of triangle it is necessary to place on one small edge thanks to what at you one more connecting circle has to turn out, it is less previous.
8. Repeat these actions again and again, bending big edges inside. If all of you do correctly, then each following level will be a little narrowed.
