Instruction
1. We determine the door size. It will depend on internal dimensions of door case. Proceeding from these sizes, saw off two identical preparations from the sheet fibreboard, observing linearity of corners. When choosing fibreboard for door give preference dense, without deep scratches and other damages. So you cut down the costs on finishing of door and time for processing of its parts.
2. Now take not planed board of 2.5 cm in thickness and 15 cm in width and saw off about it two pieces equal to height of door and three - width. Grind boards coarse-grained abrasive paper.
3. Lay one of preparations of chipboard on plain surface (it can be floor). On it from above at the edges put two long pieces. Short put three over them at what, place two short boards at the edges that at you the rectangle has turned out. And the third board arrange 5 centimeters below than the assumed lock and the handle. When laying boards also observe all right angles.
4. Mark all boards in places of their crossing. It becomes for basting has washed down mortise tenons. Usually they become thickness in half of boards.
5. Remove boards and make pro-saws so that when laying boards at each other there is no ledge left. Only do not overdo – were not drunk up better, than to cut. Lay all boards back on chipboard and connect them. Make sure that in position of joints of boards there are no ledges.
6. Miss the mark boards with furniture glue. It can be joiner's bone glue, casein, or PVA. Miss the mark long boards on the party of contact with chipboard. Also miss the mark places of contact with thorns on all boards. Lay them back and attach self-tapping screws. Each connection in four points. Hats of self-tapping screws should not act over surface.
7. Now miss the mark all frame with glue and put from above the second preparation from chipboard. It was necessary only to put it under press and to wait for full drying. After drying, and will occupy it couple of days, your door will be ready.
