Epoxy glue is intended for pasting of any materials, forms the strength connection not subject to influence of external factors. To make mix of epoxy glue, it is necessary to dissolve correctly it, observing proportions of pitch and hardener.

- - tanks;
- - wooden stick;
- - respirator or mask with charcoal filter;
- - rubber gloves;
- - pitch;
- - hardener.
Instruction
1. It is possible to mix pitch and hardener only manually in small amounts. To use drill with nozzles, other electrically operated hand tools it is not recommended for the reason that the mixed structure can quickly harden and it will be unsuitable for further use.
2. When mixing observe safety measures. Put on rubber gloves, protect open parts of body densely fitting suit, put on glasses. Attentively study the instruction of the producer. The mixed proportions can be different. The standard reference guide recommends to mix pitch and hardener in equal proportions, to shake up carefully by means of wooden stick.
3. Before preparation of structure for pasting all objects which you are going to stick together have to be cleaned from dust, dirt, are fat-free by means of the denatured alcohol or gasoline. If you do not make it at once, and at first will make epoxy glue, it can harden and you should part new portion.
4. Each packing of glue has measured tanks. If you need to make large amount of the gluing structure, use measured tanks with the put divisions or make measured ruler on which you will measure necessary amount of glue and hardener.
5. Before beginning mixing, carefully stir pitch and hardener. As soon as both structures accept uniform consistence, start direct mixing in one capacity.
6. Toxic fumes can form interaction of pitch and hardener. Work only in well aired room with through air flow. Protect respiratory organs by means of respirator or mask with charcoal filter. The burn of mucous membranes and lungs can be life-threatening. Do not neglect safety measures.
