The revolution back (flasks) is the main part of tumbling stunts. Beginners, studying flasks, have to make secure belt or orchestra seats, otherwise it is possible to injure neck and hands.

Instruction

1. For revolutions there is number of recommendations: bend legs in knees so that it was convenient to you to make a start; take away hands for dispersal of hands down and back.

2. Make the maximum push legs and hands up. The head at push needs to be raised as it is possible above and as it is possible to deviate further back: thanks to it the turn will be more effective. If at turn to press the head to knees, then the rate of jump to slow down, and it will not be possible to screw up jump.

3. Be ungrouped right after the person appears parallel to floor. Now the second part of exercise begins - kurbt (sheaf from hands on legs): fall by slightly bent hands, having bent down all body to waist and having at the same time squeezed legs in knees.

4. Sharply straighten legs, to push away at the same time straight arms from floor. From the inertia received at wave by hands and from strong push legs, the body with legs does not interrupt rotational motion.

5. Land in a little bent legs and on socks. You should not land on the straightened legs: it is possible to dislocate knee joint. Take away hands when landing back and at the same time straighten the body.
