- Welding machine, Bulgarian, set of the metalwork tool, paint, metal rolling: mm pipe Ø27-32, bar of Ø10 and Ø16 of mm.
Instruction
1. Cut off preparations for hanger parts: • for rack: pipe Ø27-32 160 cm long – 1 piece; • for legs: bar of Ø16 of mm 30 cm long – 3 pieces; • for hooks: bar of Ø10 40 cm long – 4 pieces.
2. Round the Bulgarian the ends of preparations of legs, hooks and rack. Give to the ends of preparations for hooks the form of hemisphere.
3. Bend preparations for hooks in the form of question marks. Pick up the suitable sizes by practical consideration, meaning that the leg of the question mark will play hook role for headdresses, and head – for coat. Bend preparations for legs with bend radius of 150 mm in the middle.
4. Weld legs on racks at an angle 120 ° on the relation to each other, in view of that the lower end of rack has to be at distance of 10 cm from floor. Weld hooks on the top end of rack, having inverted "question marks" the head down. The place of contact of rack with hooks has to be located at distance about 5 cm from the top end of rack. Pick up tilt angle of hooks in relation to rack by practical consideration.
5. Beat off welding scale from hanger, clean abrasive paper, degrease and paint. Pick up color of paint depending on colors interior. Beautifully the floor hanger painted in two flowers looks, for example, hooks paint under bronze or gold, and it is resistant also legs – emerald-green color.
