  • - nuts;
  • - hacksaw;
  • - perforator;
  • - screws;
  • - furniture loops;
  • - welding machine;
  • - metal round timber;
  • - metal handle;
  • - hook or fixer.

Instruction

1. Make the detailed drawing of folding brazier. By drawing up the drawing it is necessary to consider that the sizes of folding brazier should not be too big, otherwise will inconveniently transport it. As a rule, in marching conditions skewers 60 cm long are used. Proceeding from it, the optimum length of future brazier has to be 65 cm, and width - 40 cm.

2. As the bottom of brazier will be affected by high temperatures - on it the burning coals will lie - thickness of the sheet steel used for its production has to be 2-3 mm. Also for the basis of brazier it is possible to use sheets of "stainless steel". Cut piece of sheet steel of 69х44 cm. Drill four openings in each of two long parties, near the sheet edge. These openings are necessary for access of oxygen to the burning coals. Bend bottom sidewalls so that to receive brazier of the planned size.

3. Make long sidewalls of brazier. Attach sidewalls to the basis by means of furniture loops. Canopies fasten to brazier by means of screws or electric welding.

4. Cut small sidewalls. Make cuts at the edges of sidewalls and accurately bend them. These walls are removable and are fixed on brazier by means of these clips.

5. Weld four nuts on external corners of the basis of brazier. They will be used for fastening of legs of brazier.

6. Cut thread on one of the parties of metal round timber. Grind the second party. Weld pieces of metal rod at distance of 5 cm from the sharpened end. This rod will not allow brazier to fail to the earth when using. Make other legs by analogy.

7. Attach the metal handle to the brazier bottom. Equip one of sidewalls with hook or fixer which will not allow brazier to be displayed when carrying. Your folding brazier is ready.
