Instruction
1. Prepare model for production of the formoplast. For production of the formoplast it is possible to use models from marble, metal, plaster or porcelain. The main requirement to models - that in them was not time. It is possible to prepare models for formoplastovy forms in several ways.
2. Make solution for the production of model, casing or plates from plaster shut on lime milk of big fat content. Carefully smooth out and dry model, casing and plate. Impregnate their 30% with solution of copper or iron vitriol and once again carefully dry. As a result of chemical reaction of lime and vitriol the insoluble substance which is densely clogging up all pores of plaster and increasing its durability is formed.
3. Cover plaster models with the warmed-up natural drying oil and carefully dry. Repeat the procedure two times. Put 1-2 layers of oil varnish. Wait for varnish drying.
4. Apply casing, model and plate of "fresh outflow". At just cast products all time is filled with water and thanks to it, formoplast will not be able to get into plaster time.
5. Cut formoplast on small pieces of 1-4 cm in size for melting process acceleration.
6. Take two aluminum tanks of the different size. The basin and can with thick walls will be ideal, for example.
7. In big of two tanks pour oil. Cylinder, transformer or any other oil with high temperature of boiling will be suitable for oil bath. In order that can did not adjoin to basin bottom, it is recommended to use support.
8. Put oil bath on fire. Accurately stir slowly formoplast with aluminum blade during all process of melting. You watch closely temperature - periodically do the corresponding measurements. It is necessary to remember that temperature should not exceed 130 degrees.
9. Fill in formoplast in the model prepared and heated to temperature of 50-70 degrees with casing.
10. Wait for full cooling and take off uniform from model.
