- the processed pine board 20 mm thick and 100 mm wide, the manual milling machine, 2 joiner's clamps, glue for tree, set of end mills.
Instruction
1. Calculate the size of parts, proceeding from the size of product necessary for you. For production of such facade cut off: 2 vertical stoyevy boards (their length is equal to height of the necessary facade), 2 horizontal side bars (lower and top horizontal elements of frame) which length is equal to width of facade minus 200 mm and + 30 mm. Calculate the internal parts inserted into frame grooves thus: at horizontal arrangement their length is equal to length of the top and lower horizontal boards. Consider quantity of internal levels, proceeding from height of facade minus 170 mm. Separate the received total height of inserts into 90. If at you the fractional number has turned out, increase it to the following integer.
2. Example: It is required to make facade 700 mm high and 500 mm wide. Length of side stoyevy boards is equal to 700 mm. Length of the top and lower horizontal boards of frame is equal: 500 – 200 + 30 = 330 mm. Length of inserts is equal to 330 mm too. Count their quantity so: 700 – 170 / 90 = 5.88, increase this number to the following integer, in this case it will be 6.
3. From one side of each part of frame by means of the manual milling machine make groove 10 mm wide and 15 mm in depth. From both edge parties of horizontal parts of framework make thorn 15 mm wide and 10 mm thick. Then profrezeruyta side edges of parts of insert of facade. On the one side of each part make groove width and 10 mm in depth, on the other hand thorn width and 10 mm thick.
4. 2 vertical stoyevy boards (their length is equal to height of the necessary facade), 2 horizontal side bars (lower and top horizontal elements of frame) which length is equal to width of facade minus 200 mm and + 30 mm. Calculate the internal parts inserted into frame grooves thus: at horizontal arrangement their length is equal to length of the top and lower horizontal boards. Consider quantity of internal levels, proceeding from height of facade minus 170 mm. Separate the received total height of inserts into 90. If at you the fractional number has turned out, increase it to the following integer.
5. Put together parts of the central part of facade, inserting thorn of one board into groove another. Total height of the panel has turned out 550 mm. 530 mm are required 700 – 170 =. Evenly and exactly cut the edges of the top and lower board so that their visible width remained identical and the central part of facade in assembled form looked symmetrically. At the cut edges of the top and lower board of the central part of facade make thorn 15 mm wide and 10 mm thick which will be framed respectively the top and lower parts. On faces of parts of the central part of facade make thorn with the same sizes. It has to be inserted into grooves of vertical stoyevy boards of frame of facade.
6. Smear with glue edge thorns of the top and lower board of frame. Collect frame facade together with parts of the central part and squeeze on sides joiner's clamps. After full drying of glue remove clamps and process small abrasive paper edge edges of facade.
