4. At production of beehive it is necessary to pay the attention to distances between bottom rails of framework and bottom of your beehive — so-called "subframe" space. The most optimum distance — 9 mm. Then for your bees there will be facilitated pass. If the space is much more, bees will begin to build up it with various ledges for expansion of the transition from beehive bottom to bottom rail of frame.
5. Distance between wall of beehive and side levels of framework of 8 - 10 mm. Slots less than 8 mm of bee fill with propolis, and more than 10 mm just build up with cells. If distances are carefully measured and all are normal, it will be rather easy for you to move framework.
6. Often beekeepers ask question: whether it is possible to make beehive of such material as polystyrene. It is really possible, however bees gnaw such beehive. Such beehives are extremely not favorable as they too quickly fail. So better the natural wooden dwelling meanwhile was thought up nothing.
