1. First of all it is necessary to think over what size and form there will be lamp shade of what material it will be manufactured. It is the best of all to draw the sketch of the lamp on paper, having put down the sizes of its various components of elements. 2. Only after that it will be possible without fears to start its production. Take aluminum wire with a diameter of 4 mm for framework. It is the thickest of all which can be necessary for you. To calculate what length the wire, quite just according to the ready sketch is necessary. As you already know what diameter there will be ready lamp shade, take as basis this digit, and on formula of length of circle of L = pd where p = 3.14, and D is diameter, calculate length of preparation and add several centimeters on connection. Cut off wire by means of hacksaw.
3. Close preparation in ring with overlap of 5-6 cm and hardly wind position of joint with wire with a diameter of 1 mm. The fine wire is perfectly cut off by means of nippers. 4. Then side edges are made. They can be made, bending wire on in advance prepared template. Their number depends on specific design of the manufactured lamp shade. Length of preparations of side edges should be taken with stock on 6 cm in each party for fastening to the main ring and the top element. Fixture of side edges is carried out by means of unbent by means of flat-nose pliers towards the ends, 6 cm long. As in the previous case, side edges are in turn attached to the main ring for the unbent tails, primatyvatsya hardly by fine wire and at the same time become impregnated with Moment glue. In the same way side edges fasten to the top element. If length of bendings is excessive and does not allow to place all edges on one circle, then the unbent tails should be truncated.
5. Now it is necessary to fix cartridge for electrolamp. For this purpose it is necessary to make suspension, having bent loop from wire that it clasped cartridge and departed from it in the opposite directions, the free ends. Suspension it is possible to fix for the top ring, in the same way, as well as side edges.
6. The received framework with the fixed boss should be sheathed fabric.
7. After the lamp is ready, it can be connected. In order to avoid the fire, on fabric lamp shades, use lamps with power no more than 100 W.
