Kitchen furniture always demands individual approach, so, it is made most often to order. Instruction
1. At first it is necessary to draw the sketch. If kitchen small, then all furniture in it it is necessary to arrange linearly along 1 wall. You take the measurements of future furniture taking into account insert of washing and the built-in equipment: oven, cooking surface, extract. Standard dimensions of kitchen cabinets: height of floor cabinets – 85-90 cm, depth – 45-50 cm. Width depends on the amount of washing, oven. Drawers usually 30-40 cm wide, oar cabinets – 60 cm, cabinet under washing – 80 cm. Wall cabinets – depth up to 30 cm, height up to 71 cm, and between bottom of suspended cabinet and table-top the distance has to be not less than 65 cm. Length of table-top of all floor cabinets has to equal to length of wall of kitchen along which they will stand. Calculation of all materials can be conducted in the same program in which developed the sketch.
3. Make the list of everything that will be necessary for creation of furniture, including accessories, fixtures, glue, chipboard, edging tape. The cut of materials and milling of openings under loops can be ordered in the same shop in which you will order materials.
4. It is necessary to collect furniture according to the algorithm made in advance, otherwise it is necessary to sort almost collected cabinet back. Spread out all parts in separate piles for each cabinet. The cabinet is collected as box at first by horizontal surfaces, then – vertical.
5. After assembly, hinged cabinets fix to wall, being guided by the level that there was no distortion, because of it doors can badly open. Also adjust floor cabinets. Extract fix in the latest turn.
