Instruction
1. Before beginning to do garden path, it is necessary to make marking that the footpath has turned out width necessary to you, length and form. For this purpose on both sides of future stitches hammer stakes into the earth, pull on them rope. Now it is possible to start the main works.
2. If you have built the house of log, when cutting windows there was a lot of material. These logs will become basic elements of garden path, as well as the cut tree.
3. By means of electric saw cut round billets of wood 5-8 cm wide from this wooden material. That they have long served and looked beautifully, process them drying oil or bituminous mastic. If you have chosen the first way, pour in drying oil in technical ware, put it on fire. Heat to hot state, take brush and apply with thick layer drying oil on all parts of billets of wood, let's them dry. Bituminous mastic is previously heated too.
4. On the place of future footpath as shovel choose soil on depth of 12 cm. If clay soil, it is possible on 5 cm. Put dense film at all length of path, from above fill sand layer that its level became the same as nearby soil. Spill sand water, begin to stack wooden circles as it is possible more closely to each other. Fill emptiness between wooden components with sand, concrete solution or gravel.
5. It is easy to make path of paving slabs, small stones. Dig small trench of 10 cm in depth. Put on its bottom and wrap geotextiles with a density not less than 150 g/m on sides. That edges of fabric kept in such situation, fix them by border tape on each side. From above fill marble crumb, pebble or crushed stone. It is possible to complicate this option several. Trench dig 15 cm in depth. Also lay and fix geotextiles, on it pour out crushed stone or small pebble layer of 7 cm, on stones – sand 8 cm high. It is necessary to spill it 2-3 times, after consolidation to fill up up to the necessary height. From above put tile, leaving gaps in 1 cm.
6. Make garden path with adding of sand and cement for places of the site where heavy traffic. On marking choose soil on depth of 18 cm. Fill layer of crushed stone 6 cm high, stamp, put geotextiles, on it – sand 8 cm high. Further, mix cement of M450 or M500 brand with sand in the ratio 1:4, put these loose building materials layer in 4 cm on sand, level by means of rake. Stamp equal wood beam.
7. Put from above elements of stone blocks or tile 5-6 cm thick, stamp them wooden mall. At the edges put borders. Fix them by M100 brand cement. Fill seams between elements of track with the same sand-cement mix. Humidify it from hose. In 3 days the path can begin to be operated.
