1. Choose the most suitable options of execution of the main knots of wheelbarrow. Body. It is the most convenient to make body of galvanized leaf 0.8-1 mm thick. Sliding bearings (axis with the sleeve) are made much more simply. And that the wheelbarrow was easy on the run, it is necessary to grease axes of wheels with solid oil only regularly.

2. Make wheelbarrow body. For this purpose in preparation of body cut corners so that it was possible to bend sheet edges (body walls) 200 mm wide behind and from sides, and 280 mm – in front. In two back corners squares, in face angles – right triangles with legs of 200 and 280 mm have to be cut. When cutting it is necessary to leave strips 20 mm wide which will be bent on adjacent side for connection of boards. Bend body walls: back and side – at an angle 90 °, lobby – at an angle 45 °. Connect the bent walls with each other by means of the left strips bolts or rivets.

3. Bend from strips hoops for wheels. As template use the available circle (wheel disk) of Ø340 of mm. These parts are interfaced (the disk is inserted into rim) therefore their diameters have to correspond each other. Later are flexible and adjustment weld the ends of strips and weld in disks in hoops.

4. Cut in the center of wheels of opening with a diameter of 22 mm and weld in in them sleeves naves, having symmetrized them concerning disk. Thus, the wheel of wheelbarrow will represent rim from strip, with the disk which is welded in inside in which center the nave is welded in. For reliability connect edges of naves to hoops six-millimetric bars. The quantity of bars from each party of nave has to be equal to three (at an angle 120 °drug to the friend). These bars serving as needles (in addition to disks), will give to nave sufficient rigidity.

5. Weld in in cart axis (pipe ½ ″ 650 mm long) axes of wheels (bar of Ø16 of mm 100 mm long) so that they acted from pipe on 80 mm.

6. Weld on cart axis two handles from pipe ½ ″. Length of handles, distance between them and their form is selected by practical consideration – depending on your growth, length of hands, the body sizes. It is necessary to make them such that with their help it was convenient to move the cart. The axis with the handles welded on it forms wheelbarrow framework.

7. Attach body to wheelbarrow framework. For this purpose weld on it in three-four places of strip of metal 3-4 mm thick with the openings drilled in them. Establish body on framework and on openings in strips drill openings in body. Attach through these openings body to framework bolts or rivets.

8. Dress wheels on axis and drill in opening axes for insert of splints from wire which will hold wheels on axis. That naves did not cling the edges to weld and splints, on both sides of nave put on washers axis. Before final assembly do not forget to grease axes of wheels with solid oil.

9. Final operation is production and welding of emphasis for wheelbarrow. It should be made of pipe ½ ″. Put the cart in the necessary position, operev it on temporary emphasis, and decide on emphasis parameters.
