The gas concrete is made from mix of natural materials: cement, unslaked lime, sand, water and small amount of aluminum powder. Lime and aluminum powder are included into chemical reaction and foam therefore the bubbles of different size filled with air are formed.

Instruction
1. Prepare mix in the automatic mode. The gas concrete is made from mineral raw materials which part most often are: quartz sand - 60%; lime - 20%; portland cement – 20%, aluminum powder. - components give less than 1% In the required proportion to the mixer where mix them to consistence of sour cream.
2. Unload mix in forms, having filled them approximately half. At the same time subject form with mix to shock influences to improve the structure of honeycomb. Lime is extinguished with heat production therefore mix temperature for an hour and a half reaches 80 degrees. There is reaction of lime to aluminum, free hydrogen is emitted, mix extends, and fills form completely. Cement begins to grab under the influence of temperature, and the spherical cells formed by free hydrogen are filled with air.
3. Let's mix rise, and then sustain future blocks within 1-2 hours that they have reached necessary durability for cutting. Remove timbering from combined form, and then stiffened, but cut still rather soft foam mortar horizontally and vertically on blocks thin strings. In the same time create gripping pockets for hands and also grooves and crests.
4. Place the cut blocks in the autoclave where they will undergo thermomoist processing at temperature of 190 degrees under vapor pressure in 12 atmospheres thanks to what minerals which will provide durability to foam mortar are formed.
5. Separate finished products on special installation in 12 hours of autoclave processing, pack and send to finished goods warehouse. The reinforced plates, but without vertical cutting produce by the same method. Using the operated autoclave process, concrete with necessary set of properties is produced. These characteristics will be identical in any point of finished product.
