It is required to you
- - paper, pencil and felt-tip pen;
- - sheet of glass of the necessary size;
- - glass-cutter;
- - piece of electrode wire and piece of normal;
- - ruler;
- - the refined vegetable oil;
- - grinding bar;
- - glue for compound of glass and tree;
- - wooden legs for table;
- - acetone;
- - suckers for fastening of legs.
Instruction
1. Draw the sketch of future table. For this purpose previously plan in what part of the apartment it will be placed, it will be used for what purpose (coffee table or lunch) in what style it has to be executed to correspond to room interior.
2. Execute the drawing of product. Draw table-top: specify width, length and thickness of the planned part, specify the locations of legs of table.
3. Execute necessary preparations. If you perform similar works for the first time, previously adjust pressing level: press the glass-cutter on scales that they has shown the weight of 2 kg – with such pressing cut glass further. Put glass on dense fabric. Under the expected line of break of glass enclose thin bar or piece of electrode wire with a diameter of 2-3 mm. Put ruler that the line of section has passed in 2-3 mm from edge of ruler on glass.
4. Moisten the cutting wheel in vegetable oil. Begin to cut with the far-away country of cloth, carry out by the glass-cutter on yourself once with uniform pressing, and at once break off excess part of glass. If not to make it, then the crystal structure of glass can be restored after its violation by the glass-cutter again, and the edge will be not smooth. When the table-top is cut, polish edges by means of silicon grinding bar.
5. For each leg do the following: drill opening and fix in it to sucker by means of glue. Wait when glue dries, degrease acetone sites on which table legs will fasten. Plan for surfaces of table of the place of fastening of legs, using felt-tip pen. Accurately fix legs by means of suckers.
