The house mill is used for grinding of various grain. In house conditions, of course, it is possible to use units of mass production, but to make adaptation with own hands far more interestingly and then to derive pleasure, beholding results of the work.

Instruction
1. Disassemble the electric motor: leave the starter without change, and here over the rotor it is necessary to work. Drill in the opening rotor on the inclined line (for drilling use drill with a diameter of 10 mm). The distance between openings has to make from 1 to 1.5 centimeters.
2. Connect the drilled openings among themselves fillets which width has to be 7 mm, and depth – 3.5 mm. For connection use cutting wheel.
3. Pay attention that in exit points of finished goods depth of fillets should not exceed one and a half-two centimeters. Accurately chamfer upper part, using for this purpose sandpaper.
4. Install the rotor in the starter then in covers of the starter drill the openings (them is possible to cut down also chisel) intended for charge grain and exit of the processed products. That it was more convenient to fill up grain, fix feed hopper on rotor cover. Pay attention: the sizes of the bunker depend on the electric motor sizes.
5. Fix the handle on engine shaft, using for this purpose pin, bolt or nuts. Then screw the mill collected by the hands on board, and board - on bench in which cut through opening under the trench removing finished goods. Under bench place the inverted bucket, and on it – capacity for flour.
6. Surely test thehandsthe mill collected by ! To execute grinding of grain, it is necessary to move the handle of mill back and forth (by 180 degrees) or to make five turns clockwise of arrow and three against hour.
