If you have decided to be engaged in cultivation of birds, then you need to get incubator. The incubator represents the device for artificial conclusion of baby birds of agricultural bird. The simplest designs can be executed in the form of the furnace or the warmed barrel. But, as we have to go in step with progress, we will choose the old and failed fridge for designing of incubator.
Instruction
1. For production of house incubator we need old household refrigerator. The version of the device for conclusion of baby birds made of the bilocular fridge can become very interesting. In this case the freezing chamber can be used for output incubators. It will allow to increase incubator turn.
2. To stiffen design, attach two boards from dense material to the body of the fridge. Best of all the oak board will approach. In the lower part of board connect bars, and then bring down nails. It is possible to use connection of parts by means of screws.
3. In upper part of board fasten bolts to the bearing frame welded from metal corner. Provide deepenings under flanges which fasten to the body and board two bolts in board. In the center of the flange press the bearing on which the axis will be got.
4. Weld sleeves with thread on the top and lower frame. Framework by means of bolts fastens on axis. In the place of fastening make saw cuts for prevention of turning of framework.
5. Connect framework among themselves draft in which there have to be openings for free passing of bolt. At edges of bolts drill opening under pin (the normal nail will be suitable for it). At connection of framework with draft use washers.
6. Send rope with a section of 3 mm to the top openings of drafts. In front part the rope will pass through the block. Fix rope on engine shaft so that it was not gushed over at the return movement. Now it is possible the engine attach to frame. Do not forget to make two openings in upper part of the body of the fridge under installation of the thermometer and thermoresistor.
7. On back wall of the fridge install the fan engine. Around fan baffles install the tubular electric heater.
8. In the fridge body as heater will serve fiber glass therefore insert the isolating rings which can be made of piece of plastic pipe into all openings intended for ventilation. Otherwise glass wool can get into airways of baby birds.
9. Make trays of bar with a diameter of 6 mm. The size of tray will depend on specific model of the fridge. Weld framework or fasten with screws. Fit framework grid from fishing line, doing cell not too large. Your incubator is ready to accept the future pets.
