Quite often at construction of houses blocks from keramzitobeton are used. Such blocks can be bought in hardware stores. If there is no such opportunity, then it is possible to make them independently.

1. The hands it is possible to manufacture blocks practically of any flowers. For this purpose it is only necessary to apply decorative additives. By means of cliches it is possible to make any drawing on blocks. Inserts of their splinters of mirrors, glasses, facing tile and pebble will look also remarkably. At self-made bottles, cans, pieces of polyfoam.
2. First of all it is necessary to decide on assignment of self-made blocks. The sizes, composition of concrete, quality of front surface completely depend on it. For example, blocks for socle have to be made of concrete of high specific weight. In that case filler is crushed stone and waste from metal working. On 1 m3 you need 300 kg of cement, 600 kg of sand, 1200 kg of crushed stone, 200 liters of water. 28 days later concrete has to have durability equal of 150 — 160 kgfs/cm2.
3. It is the best of all to do blocks of external walls with decorative impressive layer. For this purpose on lining it is necessary to lay polyethylene, linoleum, oilcloth and to establish timbering. It is necessary to lay fragments of ceramic tile, the poured colored glass, splinters of mirrors and pebble on bottom of this form. After that it is necessary to fill in with liquid cement slurry. Solution is made of 3 parts of fine bank sand, 1 part of portland cement, 1/4 parts of dye. That there was good coupling of decorative layer with solution, it is the best of all to add PVA glue.
4. After filling of decorative layer is executed, it is possible to start preparation of concrete for block "kernel". The same structure, as for socle. In timbering it is necessary to pawn different hollow items. About 5 bottles with a capacity of 0.5 l will enter one form of 25X25X20 in size. After all volume is filled, it is necessary to smooth down surface aflush. The concrete mix has to be well condensed. Walls and partitions it is the best of all to build from blocks which are made on the basis of haydite, slag pumice and other light materials to which sawdust or shavings are added. At such blocks small weight, besides they strong also have excellent heat-insulating properties.
