- The mold, file, preparations of keys (for beginners it is better to have near at hand three-four pieces, enough two will be the rest), the sheet of paper, pencil, ruler, perhaps, will be useful plaster and PVA glue.
Instruction
1. So, on table the ready mold lies. In principle, absolutely not very well, of what material it is made, the main thing - that it was accurate, ungreased. Methodically measure by ruler all sizes of mold, doing not pass any part (even accidental dents have to be ideally reflected). Transfer data to the sheet of paper. Later draw the drawing. It has to be not approximate, but the most exact and competent.
2. After on table there is drawing, it is possible to start, actually, performance of the most important stage. As it was already told, at itself it is necessary to have at least two preparations of the format coinciding with original key. Accurately cut file all bends of key, observing the sizes. It is impossible to hurry at all and also to leave keen edges. Even if on the original there were also some hangnails, it does not mean that they need to be transferred to the duplicate also too. The duplicate will be always included into the lock heavier, than the original therefore also lines have to be roundish. But it is impossible to go to far at all, otherwise it is possible to ruin easily preparation, having cut off only some shares of millimeter.
3. Actually, on it the key on mold is ready. Plaster and PVA can be useful, at their use it turns out not hollow, but the return available mold. Fill in with plaster solution with glue the first mold when there passes time necessary for solution hardening, carry out all those stages which have been already listed.
