1. It will be necessary for production of kitchen corner for you: the laminated wood-shaving plate, bar, foam rubber, fabric for upholstery, shponirovochny tape, hacksaw, self-tapping screws, the screw driver, glue.
2. As basis of sofa we produce box from wood-shaving plate. This framework should be made at all its length, according to the room sizes where the corner will be established. The back wall of framework will be wider than other walls, it should become not only support for sofa, but also to perform function of back.
3. Mark sheets chipboards according to drawings, and then cut frame members. Connect constituent parts by means of bar with a section 40 at 40 mm. Fasten parts with self-tapping screws. It is possible that for this purpose you need the assistant.
4. Paste over the edges of chipboard formed during zapilivaniye with interline interval. It will prevent destruction of chipboard and saturation of plate moisture. It is necessary to make pasting accurately, haste to anything here.
5. From thick plywood cut seats for corner. By the sizes of seats cut out parts from foam rubber. Lay foam parts on seats and accurately fit upholstery fabric. Fabric by means of the construction stapler is better to fix.
6. The front wall of sofa is recommended to be made with bias down and inside that it was more convenient to come at table.
7. Attach seat by means of metal loops to back of sofa. It is desirable to make seat removable. Such design will allow to store house preparations in internal space of sofa. When mounting design it is necessary to achieve equal adherence of seat to framework, without allowing formation of slots.
8. It is recommended to strengthen sofa back by means of bar. Upholster back with foam rubber and fit tapestry material. The pillows which are specially sewed for it can become good decoration of corner.
