Kitchen towels which are also called towels for ware or for tea have set of applications in kitchen. They are often hung up on plate and use them for cleaning of table, rasstilaniye on table-top or wipings of ware.
Create own kitchen towel, it is great way to make it original. Such towels can also be changed according to season or in special cases. The following recommendations will be suitable for creation of plain towels, but they can be decorated then with embroidery, appliques or images drawn by hand.
1. Cut off rectangular piece of fabric of 68.5 cm in length and 43-48 cm width, depending on desirable result. From narrower rectangle the thin towel, and from wider – the towel covering the big area will turn out.
2. Bend the upper and bottom edge approximately on 6 mm. Iron edges the iron. Stitch curved edges. Bend these edges once again on as much millimeters. Again stitch.
3. Bend and iron side edges on 6 mm. Stitch. Then again bend on 6 mm, iron and stitch. On all edges there have to be processed edges, should not stick out not hemmed corners.
4. Fold towel three times longwise, stroke the iron. Fold towel double and hang up it on plate.
