The step-ladder is irreplaceable in agricultural works when it is required to cut bush or trees, to reap the harvest. It is absolutely optional to spend money for purchase of such ladder. You can quite make it the hands in house workshop.

- Boards, metal corners, metal plates, bolts, nuts, self-tapping screws, circular saw, electric plane, drill, wood saw, wooden hammer, normal hammer, nails, axe, knife, brush, pricker, pencil, tape measure, PVA glue, paint acrylic
Instruction
1. Saw boards of the necessary length lengthways on two equal parts circular saw. Process the received preparations electric plane. Then hacksaw saw boards on pieces for racks. Saw short bars on eight pieces for steps and two crossbeams for emphasis.
2. Take long bars and plan in their wide party grooves for steps. The middle of such through groove will be located in 20 cm from the upper edge, and everyone following – through 33 cm. Plan grooves as well on step-ladder emphasis bars.
3. By means of chisel and the hammer do windows on marking. You aspire to that walls of windows have been executed exactly.
4. On bars which should become steps plan thorns by means of which they will be fixed in windows. By means of hacksaw in steps do cross pro-saws. The same hacksaw make pro-saws lengthways, before connection with cross pro-saws. Process roughnesses chisel.
5. Take the first and last steps, in turn insert them into grooves of racks. Fix steps by nails, but do not kill them up to the end. At faces of steps put down numbers in order.
6. In the remained steps also cut thorns. On emphasis of step-ladder insert fixers in the form of levels into grooves. The thorn has to enter groove without gap, most densely.
7. Now remove nails from the first and last steps. Collect ladder. More dense adherence of thorns to grooves is reached by easy percussion on bars wooden hammer. The chisel or knife can be necessary for exact adjustment.
8. Now the ladder should be sorted and painted. It is not necessary to paint over faces at which marks for simplification of assembly of design are made. Leave ladder for drying.
9. In racks of ladder and emphasis make drill openings for fastening of steps. For fixture hammer trenails into openings, having greased from PVA glue. After drying of glue cut the acting ends of dowels and steps.
10. Attach metal corners self-tapping screws to upper part of step-ladder that they were end-to-end to the first step. Attach metal plates in the same way to upper part of emphasis. Connect metal parts by means of bolts.
11. Your step-ladder is useful not only on the garden site, but also in the city apartment. With its help it is possible to pokleit wall-paper, to suspend chandelier and to do set of other useful works.
