Instruction
1. The channel having length no more than 500 millimeters best of all is suitable for the basis. The size can be chosen at discretion. The region of the shelf of corner of clip which constantly contacts to the bent leaf needs to be milled or processed file. It has to be parallel to the basis. In the middle of the shelf in corners brackets it is necessary to drill the opening having diameter of 8 millimeters.
2. The pressing punch has to be 10 millimeters shorter than clip. The handle lever is curved from reinforcing iron rod which has diameter about 15 millimeters. In toga it has to have bracket appearance. After that it is necessary to weld the handle lever on punch. Cheeks can be cut from steel sheet which has thickness of 5 millimeters. In these cheeks it is necessary to drill the openings having diameter of 10 millimeters.
3. At face of corner punch it is necessary to chamfer edge long 30 millimeters and 5 millimeters in depth. It must be done in order that then to establish and fix steel axes from bar of diameters of 10 millimeters. The axis has to be welded so that the direction of middle line of bar completely coincided with corner edge. On edge of the basis it is necessary to chamfer 6 millimeters in depth, and long 32 millimeters.
4. To make subassembly, the basis and punch need to be fixed in bench screw. Fastening is carried out so that the shelf of channel and regiment of corner were located in the uniform horizontal plane. It is necessary to put on cheeks each axis of punch and to take them to the basis in several points. It is the best of all to do it by means of electric welding.
