Instruction
1. Concerning the direction of locking and the location the locks for oar gate can be horizontal, vertical and additional. Depending on design they are divided into cut-in, laid on movable, laid on cap, rotary, screw and many others. The most widespread design is the lock revolving object which production requires minimum of materials and tools. To get lock like "revolving object" is not provided today possible as it is not made. But it can easily be made independently.
2. To make lock on the revolving object type, wooden bar 5-10 cm thick and 1.5 m long is required. Channels which will have to remain motionless will hold beams.
3. Attach crossbeam on the center by means of drift bolt so that the bolt could move easy rotary movements along the bars having the wedge-shaped form. In the course of closing of gate, shutters have to rest against door unit. The channel can be attached by means of metal drill or the welding machine.
4. Fix one channel slightly above, and another – is slightly lower. Fasten bar which will have to rotate counterclockwise in the middle at edge of the door opening inside.
5. Attach rail emphasis to the right wing of gate from outer end. She will have to act on 20–30 mm. If shutters are sheathed by metal siding, the rail will act as emphasis. The lock revolving object does not demand availability of additional bolts. From outer side of part of such lock are absent, and therefore to open it it will not turn out.
6. One more type of bolt which is used for gate of garage of oar type is the lock like "barrier". To make it, to fix bar for the edge on the second third. It is necessary to consider from the middle of shutter. Channel of the bigger size attach at the edge of one shutter, and smaller – on the second third another so that bar rose similar to barrier.
