- - forms and semi-forms for pouring out;
- - dividing lubricant;
- - gel covering;
- - pigments;
- - hardeners;
- - quartz sand with ground quartz;
- - the nonsaturated styrenecontaining polyester resins of PN-12 brand.
Instruction
1. Prepare form for pouring out of molding marble. Depending on type of the poured-out product this form can consist of set of semi-forms. Apply dividing lubricant on semi-forms. Cover semi-forms with special gel: it will add gloss to the surface of molding marble.
2. Prepare polimerbetonny weight. Knead mix from the following components: quartz sand in combination to ground quartz, the nonsaturated styrenecontaining polyester resins of PN-12 brand, pigments and hardeners. And, choose pigments and hardeners in dependence of color, type and purpose of future product. Also, choosing hardeners, be guided by temperature indicators in industrial premises and air humidity. Properly mix all prepared mix.
3. Fill in the prepared polimerbetonny mix in the prepared semi-forms. Then make formwork vibration: it needs to be made to remove air layers in molding marble. Let's marble dry up: as a rule, hardening lasts of half an hour till twelve o'clock.
4. Execute pressing-out: remove semi-forms and take finished product from it. After that if necessary execute additional machining of molding marble.
