Cut copper tubes, leaving stock on bends about a meter. For flexure of tubes use special purpose tools to avoid formation of dents, wrinkles and cracking of metal. Put on thermal insulation the prepared tubes – polyurethane foam hoses.
Put on threaded flanges the warmed pipes so that the thread was located at the end of tube. At the next stage carry out flaring of tubes. In turn attach pipelines to the corresponding unions, it is difficult to mix them because of different diameters.
