Instruction
1. Clean surface of draft floor from dust and dirt. Eliminate by means of construction mixes for alignment all couplers and roughnesses. Use solution with high rates of durability on separation. It is very important as the tree, because of the hygroscopicity, under the influence of temperature and humidity changes the geometrical parameters. 4. For week leave the room that glue could grab well. Then grind plywood as its sheets are made with admission in 1 mm on thickness. Surely vacuum and ground plywood, having excluded thereby bad gluing of parquet level.
5. Paste levels special glue with the low content of water, and for such breeds as maple, ash-tree and beech – waterless. Press block parquet to plywood levels nails or shoot from pneumogun. Stack ranks of parquet to plywood thermoseams, having them with an overlap. Along walls leave compensation gap in 1-1.5 cm. Subsequently it will be hidden by plinth.
6. Having finished laying of levels, let's glue grab, having left for week. Then start creation of parquet mirror. At first subject parquet to rough, and then average and thin grinding processing. Use the dust collected from fine polishing for preparation of putty. Again vacuum also to zashpatlyuyta floor.
7. 40 minutes when the putty dries out later, grind again and vacuum floor. After this procedure the putty will remain only between levels.
8. Varnish parquet in several layers. Put the first priming coat which serves for filling of time in tree and interferes absorptions of varnish in it. Then create three more varnish coats, allowing each of them to dry thoroughly before drawing the subsequent.
