The majority of heating services now delattsya with use of plastic pipes. This results from the fact that plastic is strong, does not give in to corrosion, mounting is much simpler than it, than mounting of heating services from steel elements. It is possible to make plastic heating independently, using the special device for welding of plastic pipes.

Instruction
1. It is necessary to design heating services even prior to its mounting – draw it in the form of the scheme – so you will visually see what elements will be required to you, and in advance buy all necessary for mounting. Before each radiator it is necessary to install the crane or shutoff valves – do not forget about it during design. The crane will allow to block water in case of problems with radiator and to remove radiator if it is required. Provide crossing point between pipes which approach radiator – it will allow you to remove radiator, without stopping water circulation in heating services.
2. Mark places for radiators. Establish radiators under window that the cold air falling from window heated up from radiator. Radiators from cast iron or steel will be suitable for the apartment better, in owner-occupied dwelling it is possible to establish aluminum. To fix radiators on the constant place, take the perforator and drill openings under brackets. Establish brackets and fix on them radiators. Between floor and radiator leave distance not less than 60 mm, and between windowsill – not less than 50 mm. If the radiator contains 2 sections, there are enough two brackets – one from below, the second from above. For radiators from 3 – 9 sections three brackets – from below two, and one from above undertake. If sections more than ten, then the radiator fastens on four brackets – two from above, two from below.
3. Mark plastic pipe and cut it on pieces necessary to you by means of the special cutting torch. Welding is carried out by means of the welding machine for plastic pipes. Smooth out pipe ends from the reinforcing layer, and start pipe welding. Inserting tube sections into nozzles of the welding machine, you hold them about a minute, quickly remove from nozzles and connect, having densely inserted each other. So consistently weld all elements of heating services.
4. For connection of system with metal pipe there is special fitting, use them to connect your heating services to boiler or pipe of long-distance heating. If you have not provided compulsory circulation in heating services (by means of circulating pump), mount heating pipes under bias that the heat carrier circulated in them in the natural way.
