Instruction
1. Buy rubber for production of form. It, as a rule, goes on sale in banks with a capacity of 1 kg complete with the catalyst. 4. Make hermetic timbering where rubber will be filled in subsequently around model. For production of timbering use panels from polyvinylchloride. Pressurize joints between form elements sculptural plasticine. Seal of joints has to be reliable, otherwise rubber can leave form.
5. Stir the required number of rubber weight in in advance prepared capacity, fill in material in form and place in the cell with elevated pressure. In a day remove timbering. There will be master model in rubber covering inside. Accurately cut out model from rubber; you have received form for the subsequent casting.
6. As molding material use wax, soap, plastic, chocolate and so on. Material selection is defined by your imagination and ultimate goal for the sake of which you intend to cast finished product.
