1. You make installation of septic tank at distance more than 5-8 from residential building and the 30-50th – from the well. Use for the settler device brick on cement slurry, mass concrete or combined reinforced concrete rings. It is also possible to use plastic tanks or to buy the ready body. For clearing of the outlet pipeline before sewer septic tank establish inspection chamber.
2. The sewer septic tank can consist of one or two body. Cover inside face of brick and rubble septic tank with cement plaster. At high level of underground water pay special attention to waterproofing. As waterproofing of outer side surfaces use clay layer. Its thickness at reinforced concrete and concrete walls has to be not less than 0.2 m, at brick or rubble - it is not less than 0.3 m. Arrange the basis from concrete or reinforced concrete, for two-case septic tank it has to be the general.

6. At depth of 0.4 m from bottom place overflow branch pipe of Ø15sm in the bilocular store. Take care of ventilation of septic tank which is carried out through sewerage house network and pipe over roof from cast iron or polypropylene. If the house network is supplied with air valve, and the waste pipe is absent, provide in the store device vent stack of Ø10sm and 7 cm high over earth surface. It will allow to exclude emergence of foreign smells in the house.
7. The line of water disposal to distributive well should carry out from the asbestos-cement, clay or concrete-coated iron piping laid with bias it is not less than 5 mm on running meter. You clean septic settler not less once a year.
