Sharpening of the cutting and prickly tools — demanded operation on production and in life. For the solution of this task the desktop sharpening machine can be used. Most often it has small dimensions therefore it is not necessary to allocate the certain place in workshop. It is quite simple to use such machine.
Instruction
1. It is possible to design the machine according to the modular scheme. Its essence is that legs of the jointer plane and circular saw have the general drive. They are fixed on one worker to shaft – the rotor. Such design is simple and technological. For this reason it is possible to place the main knots and units rationally. As basic part of the machine you can use "legs" of the old sewing machine. She will successfully fit into the general design practically without alterations. It is only necessary to adjust width of table of plane to its corresponding size. Make the main parts of the bed of channel No. 5. Both designs: frame and the bed — welded.
2. Install the treznozhevy rotor which has bilateral legs of the jointer plane and saw disks with hard-alloy sealings on the machine. Thanks to them you will be able to receive products from quality sawn timber. Width of the processed surface will be equal in the planing mode the 260th millimeter, and cutting depth to 2 millimeters.
3. Also you should not forget about the rotor. It is one of the most important and responsible parts of the machine. It will be the general for the jointer plane and tsirkulyarka. Only the turner can make it. Therefore it is necessary to order it in advance.
4. At design surely there has to be saw disk. It is recommended to use disk with a diameter of 300 millimeters. It will allow to provide for one pass the maximum height of cut to 80 millimeters. Trimming of edges of board under different corners is carried out by means of adaptation which is mounted on edge of work table of circular saw. The sliding mechanism allows to process edge edges of boards easily.
5. If it is necessary, make table surface of steel sheet. The leaf has to be more than 5 millimeters thick. It is established framework of corners 45x45 and it is welded on them.
