- - steel pipe with a diameter of 500 mm;
- - metal-cutting tool;
- - welding machine.
Instruction
1. The dump represents the hollow metal construction welded from thick sheet steel. To its lower front part bolts removable knives fasten. On the center of rear side the bracket for change of height of dump over the surface of soil is located. In the same place, from sides, power longerons which swivel joints are fixed on frame of the tractor equipped with hydraulic system are welded.
2. Dumps of different geometrical configuration are applied to production of various construction jobs.
3. When expeditious movement of large volumes of bulks is required, the bulldozer with hemispherical or spherical dump which from sides are equipped with otkrylka that helps fast filling of ladle is used for the similar purposes.
4. Digging of ditch and also charge of trenches, is carried out by the tractor with rotary dump. The changing corner of shovel is located within 25 degrees in both parties.
5. For opening of fertile top soil at construction of polygon or pit bulldozers with remediation dumps at which working width is significantly increased are connected.
6. Universal it is possible to consider direct dump. The tractor with such equipment allowing shovel distortions is intended for work with normal and strong soil and has the increased parameters on its cutting.
7. When the task of independent production of dump for attaching on the small tractor (T-25 or its analogs) is set, the optimal variant is to make it of steel pipe which diameter does not exceed 500 mm.
8. Cut it longwise on three segments, two of which will become the frontal and rear planes, and you will make perimeter of box and otkrylka of the third.
9. Persistent pushers are welded on shovel and jointed by means of floating hinges with load-carrying structure of the tractor.
10. On the center of rear side weld on edge two plates from thick iron with the calibrated openings in the middle so that the bracket for fastening of rod of hydraulic cylinder has turned out.
