For cleaning of snow on personal plot, near giving or garage not to do without snow-removing shovel. It has to be easy, convenient in use and reliable. It is simple to get such shovel, but it is much more interesting to make it the hands. Simple materials and tools and also skills of work with them will be necessary for production of snow-removing shovel.

Instruction
1. Make working part of shovel (scraper). Take veneer sheet 3-4 mm thick. Mark on leaf square the sizes of 400х400 mm and cut it wood saw.
2. Make back persistent wall of shovel. For this purpose use inch board about 400 mm long and 60 mm wide. Give to board plane segment profile that the lower part of wall became roundish. After processing of part plane accurately grind it file, having made semicircular surface of the most equal.
3. In the prepared wall drill drill like "feather" opening for shovel shank. The opening has to be located precisely in the middle of wall, from side edges equally spaced.
4. Take shank ready, from those that are used for production of shovels and garden stock, and you can make it of pine preparation. Length of shank should not exceed 1200 mm, diameter has to be about 40 mm. Make that part of shank which will fasten to veneer sheet a little slanted, having determined shank tilt angle to shovel surface experimentally (by the place).
5. Prepare strip of tin 500 mm long and 15-20 mm wide. Attach plywood leaf to back wall screws through this strip of tin. Screws roll about 50 mm with step. Get the ends of tin strip on upper part of back wall and also fasten to it screws.
6. Trim the working (cutting) edge of shovel with strip of tin about 60 mm wide. Fold strip double on width and put on edge. Fasten the turned-out design with rivets.
7. Insert shank into opening, the shovel located in back wall. Carefully adjust the attached shank surface to the plywood plane. From bottom side strengthen plywood pad in the form of tin rectangle through which attach plywood to shank two screws. The shovel is prepared for use.
