Instruction
1. Tree it is possible to use any. There will be it birch or coniferous tree, it is not important. If you have unnecessary old cabinet, then it is possible to adapt for stool and it especially as preparations have small section. And bars of 35х50 mm will be suitable for sitting.
2. We turn legs of stool and cross-piece. Further we need to pick up drills of necessary diameter and to drill several openings in legs and cross-pieces. It is possible to use the hand drill, but the special stationary machine will drill openings real pleasure and economy of forces.
3. We turn seats on cross-pieces and legs. At the same time we watch correctness of landing of parts in the drilled slots. We insert thorns into slots. Between thorn and the slot there has to be gap of 0.1-0.2 mm. The thorn has to without efforts enter the slot and should not dangle in it. For metal thorns we can make calibers 1.5-3 mm thick. We will use caliber to create the landing size of thorn at cross-pieces and legs.
4. In order to avoid drawing marking every time on each following part we do template. Let's take equal level from tree of 10х50 mm with length, bigger, than length of ready part. We hammer 40-mm nails. Further at nails we bite off hats, and we sharpen the ends more sharply. We put to preparation template in order that on the rotating part there were risks from nails. Then we will have identical legs.
5. Now we turn sitting, fixing preparation for safety by screws on the faceplate. We screw in screws to spaces of drilling of future slots for legs. Let's decorate stool with the edge made on sitting mill. We drill slots a little at an angle. We will be helped with it by the conductors providing optimum angle of drilling.
6. Until the stool is still sorted, we grind all parts fine-grained abrasive paper and to zasverlivaniye we varnish it on two-three times. After each of varnish coats we grind surface nazhdachka on fabric basis.
