The circular saw is necessary when performing many types of works. Such device allows to process qualitatively wood in the conditions of house workshop. For mounting of stationary saw it is required to make special table on which it will be established. The design of table can be various, but, anyway, the basis for circular saw has to be steady and reliable.

Instruction
1. Prepare the materials necessary for production of table. Wooden bars, pine board, leaf of overlaid plywood will be necessary for you. It is necessary to fix among themselves constructive parts bolts with nuts and self-tapping screws on tree. From the tool not to do without hacksaw, chisels, the hammer, electric drill and the screw driver.
2. Make basis for table which will serve as basic element of all design. It is the more convenient and simplest to make basic part of table in the form of couple of timber trestle. Measure wooden bars for legs so that to provide the convenient height of table. Optimum height of all design is 72-76 cm. If you make table a little higher, it does not matter; during the work on installation it will be possible to use wood deck subsequently, regulating thereby table height under growth of the worker.
3. Fasten among themselves basis elements by means of bolts and nuts to washers. On upper part of gantry establish wooden cross-pieces, having leveled them on construction level. It is desirable to make design folding that if necessary it was possible to dismantle saw and to remove table in storing place.
4. Make working plate of table of overlaid plywood. At the same time choose plywood up to 20 mm thick, without bends and defects of wood. The approximate size of plate – 650х900 mm. Attach six bars with a section of 60х40 mm to lower face of plate. Start up two bars along table, and four – across. Attach bars to table-top screws.
5. In the center of table provide slot for saw disk. Optimum width of slot taking into account the moving protection cover is 20 mm. Length of slot has to exceed diameter of the biggest disk of saw approximately on 25-30 mm. From below establish plates and fix by collars electric saw. For fastening use screws with countersunk heads. Surely achieve at adjustment that the disk rotated parallel to slot-hole opening.
6. Equip table with the collection for sawdust. Make box of the collection of roofing iron and establish under disk with small inclination. Establish table in workshop so that the device was blown by air flows.
