Each child needs comfortable bed. However it in most cases occupies the main part of the square in the room of the child. For this reason in the children's room it is recommended to make the folding built-in bed.
Instruction
1. Depth of cabinet bed in folded form will be about 40 centimeters. However it is the best of all to construct it on frame basis. For production of framework it is recommended to use well dried up straight-grained pine or fir-tree bar which has the section of 50х50 millimeters.
2. As basis of framework two vertical racks which go from floor and to ceiling will be used. They have to be "strong sewn" to wall. This design increases framework durability. Therefore it is not necessary to make heavier it additional power elements. Vertical racks will also serve as frame elements for fastening of sidewalls of cabinet. They have to settle down from each other at distance of 1900 millimeters.
3. Vertical racks it is necessary to fix to wall in five places. Screws on dowels well are suitable for this purpose. With their help it is possible to attach cabinet bed to wall reliably. Consider, the framework will consist not only of vertical racks. Most precisely to attach bar to wall, it for a start it is necessary to record on one screw. Use drill with normal drill of 6 millimeters. Drill through hole precisely in the middle of rack and perpendicular to wall. After that hammer dowels under screws.
4. Drill all five openings, and attach rack to wall finally. Screws have to be wrapped completely. Otherwise they can be turned out over time. The framework of cabinet bed will be loosened. After the first rack of framework is established, similarly mount the second.
5. Then it is possible to pass to installation of horizontal couplers of framework. Their of everything will be six. Two of them are mounted under ceiling, two others - at the floor and two – at height of the lower shelf of the fitted cupboard.
6. Further it is possible to begin to sheathe cabinet and to establish in it the bed suitable by the size. For production of sidewalls of cabinet it is the best of all to use type-setting furniture boards. It is the best of all to fix them by means of self-tapping screws.
