How to make the heater on used oil

The heater on used oil has the broadest application, at the same time it does not smoke and does not pollute the atmosphere. The furnace made own hands on working off is irreplaceable for heating of garage, garden lodge or the greenhouse.

• - metal pipe with a diameter of 150 mm and 2.5 m long;
• - metal pipe with a diameter of 100 mm and 5 m long;
• - welding machine;
• - electrodes;
• - welding mask;
• - metal corner;
• - angular grinder;
• - detachable disks on metal for USM;
• - power drill;
• - metal drill with a diameter of 10 mm;
• - tape measure.

1. For production of the heater on used oil use metal pipe with a diameter of 150 ml. Cut off from it the Bulgarian two identical pieces, each 1 m long. Muffle the received preparations on both sides, having made their metal circles which are cut and corresponding to pipe diameter.

2. Measure 10 cm from edge of one of pipes and, observing this distance, burn welding opening with a diameter of 100 mm. Repeat the done operation with the second preparation. Prepare mouth for filling of used oil which will serve at the same time as ashpit for future heater.

3. Recede 25 cm from the first opening in one of pipes, and make similar, observing coaxiality. Weld on it metal rim and mount round cover. To this preparation make legs of metal corner.

4. On the party of pipe, opposite to the first opening, burn welding similar with a diameter of 100 mm, having receded 10 cm from edge of the second preparation. Cut off part 80 cm long from metal pipe with a diameter of 100 mm.

5. On all its surface, observing 5-centimeter interval, drill injector air ducts with a diameter of 10 mm. Weld in the received preparation in 100-millimeter openings of the two first pipes. Mounting flue, prepare 4-meter pipe with a diameter of 100 mm and weld in it in the remained opening.

6. Install the heater on used oil indoors without strong drafts. Choose the place excluding storage nearby of flammable substances. Remember that the space around the furnace at distance not less half a meter has to remain free.
