Instruction

1. Make the diaphragm pump by means of which it is possible to pump water on height to six meters. Performance of such pump is three buckets a minute. For a start disassemble the brake chamber then muffle the openings located in the lower part of this camera and also make two additional openings for fastening of valves. Make valves of small brass tubes: solder separate parts of this design. Make springs in valves of corrosion-proof wire. Fix valves by means of epoxy glue. Then attach brass rod to rubber diaphragm, and, the diaphragm has to be reliably attached to the body of the brake chamber by means of bolts and nuts. And at last, make the lever of dural tube: it will also start all mechanism in action.

2. Make the water pump by means of which it would be possible to pump water from the next river or the lake. Hammer steady pile on which fix two brackets into river bed. To bring piece of corrugated pipe to one bracket, and on the second fix log (the log has to be in water). Attach the second end of corrugated pipe to floating log. On both sides this piece of corrugated pipe has to be closed by means of sleeves with valves. Operation principle of this pump following: under the influence of the running wave the log rises up, in then falls, squeezing and unclenching corrugated pipe that puts valves in action and the pump begins to work. Performance of such water pump is from 25 to 100 tons of water a day.

3. Make the water diaphragm pump. For this purpose pull together ring diaphragms by means of metal rings with bolts. Instead of internal rings establish in diaphragms metal circles with openings. Then weld brackets which among themselves connect cord on these circles (the cord is necessary to limit rope stretching). After that connect ring diaphragms to valve boxes, and attach "ears" to their top flanges: on them the lever which connect to the log which is in water will be fixed. Pump operation principle following: when the log rises wave up, the package stretches and via the lower valve water begins to arrive.
