Instruction
1. Correctly pick up the body for future piston pump. In form the body of this unit not necessarily has to be cylindrical: the squared and hexagonal shape of the body is allowed. The important requirement to which there has to correspond this component of the unit, - availability of identical section along all working length.
2. Pay attention that the form of the piston has to correspond to body form. If it is decided to do the body of cylindrical type, then as basis use piece of metal pipe 60-80 centimeters long (its diameter has to be not less than 80 millimeters).
3. Manufacture the piston for the pump and its cover (it is possible to make these compound components of piston pump of strong thick plastic, metal or of tree). From what material will be used for the piston and covers, the term of operational service of these components depends.
4. Notice that tree in this case – quite good option, the wooden piston can serve considerable service and as in water the tree inflates, all body existing between walls and the piston gaps will be sealed.
5. Then manufacture valves of metal tubes.
6. Pierce pipe interiors on turning lathe (it will allow to remove roughnesses). After that connect the body of piston pump to "stuffing".
