It is pleasant to plunge into cool water of own pool after the hot day spent at the dacha doubly if the artificial reservoir is created by the hands.

Instruction
1. Decide on the size and form of future pool. Its dimensions depend on the planned number of the people who are at the same time bathing in it. If you have big family or often there are guests, the design has to be more spacious. Remember that reservoir depth in the range from 1.2 to 1.8 m is considered optimum at the minimum dimensions 4х4 meters.
2. Choose on your seasonal dacha the place for future pool. Consider that the open space without the growing trees will allow to heat up throughout the day freely to water and will exclude its contamination by the falling leaves and insects. The place for construction should not be in the lowland, otherwise in reservoir dirty rain streams will flow down.
3. Use tape measure and mark the site for construction, having increased it by 0.5 m concerning dimensions of future pool. Having designated borders by pegs, pull on them cord and remove the turf from the designated surface. Dig out ditch with equal walls which bottom has to be 20-30 cm lower than the planned depth of reservoir and to have small bias for water drain.
4. Fill up bottom with layer of sand, 20-30 cm thick. Level and stamp it. Put from above bituminous roofing material or other waterproofing material. Place stones, and on them steel grid or metal rods.
5. Dig out drainage hole which has to be deeper than reservoir near reservoir. Establish in it outflow pipe which one end arrange in the pool, having equipped it with water shutoff valve. Mount skimmer or overflow water treatment system.
6. On perimeter of the pool hammer armature rods with step of 30 cm which have to recede on 5 cm from the upper edge of ditch. Fasten them with wire. Bring down 4 boards from wooden boards for timbering. Observing space in 15 cm between earth wall, establish them on ditch perimeter.
7. Concrete the pool cement slurry of brand 500 or hydroconcrete. Spill mix gradually, leveling it on all sites. Fill and stamp space between soil walls and timbering layers in 15-20 cm. Let's concrete dry within week and start finishing of the pool.
