In the conditions of the Russian winter the need for cleaning of the territory of snow arises regularly. The snowplow can be good help in household or, for example, in garden and country cooperative. As purchase or rent of the professional harvest equipment - rather expensive pleasure, in certain cases makes sense to manufacture the small snowplow the hands.

- - overlaid plywood;
- - power drill (perforator);
- - fastening elements.
Instruction
1. Make the drawing of the snow-removing mechanism, having provided in it the cart with the electrical power unit and the hinged device for direct cleaning of snow. The simplest cart is frame on which two reels connected among themselves by conveyor caterpillar are fixed. The snow-removing guard finishes design.
2. Collect the cart for the snow blower, using metal pipes of various diameter, corners, sheets of overlaid plywood. Pick up the wheels corresponding by the size from old baby carriage or the children's bicycle. Also from the carriage which was in the use it is possible to take running gear of future machine.
3. Mount running gear of the device. On the cart strengthen the leaf of overlaid plywood which is cut by its size. Attach to it also handles, having bent them from metal pipe. Height of handles is chosen taking into account growth of the one who will operate the snowplow. Collect operating part of the snowplow from axes, sleeves, transport tape and metal corner.
4. Take unnecessary cans of the suitable size. Cut at them cover and the bottom, having established wooden circles on their place. In the absence of cans use wide board from which cut out eight disks with a diameter not less than 200 mm and also four internal disks of smaller diameter. Bolt disks among themselves with nuts.
5. Cut out strip 250-300 mm wide from roofing iron, length of strip has to be equal circle of internal disk. Attach strip screws to disk. From above place the sleeve into cylinder. Fix reels on frame and connect among themselves transport tape. For production of such tape use metal corners and rubber strip. Process joint of tape strong nylon thread.
6. For production of knife use metal sheet 2-3 mm thick. Strengthen lower face of knife basic level, by the size corresponding to operating part. As the drive use the perforator or power drill, having fixed it on frame by means of collars. Check the assembled snowplow for working capacity, if necessary make debugging of design and control of operating part.
