The individual entrepreneur who is engaged in agriculture cannot do without the special equipment. Only its acquisition is not always possible. To make with own hands the small tractor – difficult task, but feasible. Such self-made machine will belief and the truth serve you when performing economic works.

- - knots and units from cars;
- - metal corners, channels and pipes;
- - sheet metal plate;
- - tools for work with metal;
- - welding machine;
- - "Bulgarian";
- - set of wrenches and screw-drivers.
Instruction
1. Develop design of future tractor. If you have engineering skills, make it independently, otherwise use ready drawings and description. The tractor will consist of the bearing rectangular frame on which it will be required to install units and knots: chassis, suspender, engine, transmission, cabin and so on.
2. Pick up necessary knots and parts. They can be prevailed from the served equipment or to get new. You need also complete set of tools for work with metal, the grinder ("Bulgarian"), the welding machine, screw-drivers and wrenches.
3. Make tractor frame, having welded it from metal corners and channels. The basic power elements of frame – two longerons and traverse. Make frame rectangular symmetric form.
4. Attach the chassis to frame. Use in design of your tractor of wheel from the car of the increased passability (for example, from GAZ-66). Wheels will perform also function of shock-absorbers.
5. Install the power unit on frame. The diesel engine with the 40 hp water cooling will be suitable for this purpose.
6. Use the gearbox and coupling from the GAZ car - 53. For joining of basket of coupling and the engine weld special casing, and on flywheel pierce additional center opening.
7. Take Zadny Bridge from the electric truck of the Bulgarian production. As the suspender of the bridge will not be, attach it to frame strictly, by means of four step-ladders.
8. Install hydraulic rudder control on the tractor. It is significantly easier, than mechanical, but will demand own oil pump with the drive. The hydraulic system only at the switched-on engine works. The steering wheel will approach from the KSK-100 combine.
9. Provide on the tractor separate hydraulic system for management of rise and lowering of hinged agricultural tools.
10. Make cabin of the tractor, having welded it from pipes of square and rectangular cross section and also from steel sheets. It is the most convenient if the cabin is two-seat, with big area of glazing. Make side windows opening outside. Hang door on the left side. Under seat leave the place for installation of the accumulator and box for tools.
11. Make brakes hydraulic, with the rear wheel drive. Now it is necessary to register your self-made tractor in surveillance authorities and to receive the state license plate.
