Quite often at construction of big owner-occupied dwellings, especially two-storeyed, there is need for installation of bricklayer's scaffold. There is no need to get expensive designs, it is possible to make the woods independently.
It is required to you
- bars with a section not less than 40х40 mm, boards not less than 30 mm thick and connecting logs – levels not less than 20 mm thick.
Instruction
1. Decide on structure of forests – tree or metal pipes. In case with pipes you should use the welding machine therefore such option is suitable not for all.
2. Calculate length of flights of the woods and total height of design then prepare necessary material.
3. The woods need to be collected on the place in vertical position as they are rather heavy and to establish them then at once it will not turn out. It is necessary to begin with internal racks, having attached them to walls in any available way. As fixture it is better to use self-tapping screws, so the woods will be folding, they can be transferred to other wall.
4. Begin assembly with the main framework. In bricklayer's scaffold the distance between the next flights should not be more than two meters, otherwise the design will be unstable. Each two meters the framework like what the wooden table has also is arranged.
5. If height of the woods arrange more than two meters, the following flights so that on them it was possible to get without the aid of ladder. To make the woods more than five meters in height independently rather difficult, it is better to address experts.
6. At first sew diagonal levels, and if longwise the level is sewed from left to right, then on width it has to be fixed, from right to left. It will prevent bricklayer's scaffold from shaking.
7. After production of framework sew boards on which you will stand. Boards it is obligatory to fix, everyone! Otherwise it is possible to fall. The plane of flight has to have the sizes not less than 50 cm – for convenience of maneuvering. Do not forget that the woods first of all are necessary for safety, and then – perform support function during the work at height.
