For ensuring full-fledged autonomy of owner-occupied dwelling, it is necessary that in it there was water supply, independent of the central water run. It can achieve in the presence of the well or well. In order that water supply of owner-occupied dwelling was effective, it is necessary to meet number of conditions.

Instruction
1. Choose the pump before installation of water supply system. If water supply is made from well or the well on the site, then consider: depth, how far they are located from the house how many floors will be provided with water how many is planned to establish sanitary devices and water intaking points. Such approach considerably simplifies mounting of water supply system.
2. Use superficial self-suction pumps and rather capacious hydroaccumulator if in owner-occupied dwelling there is basement, and water rise level no more than 8 m. For the well where the mirror of water is lower than 8.5 m, carry out water lifting by means of the submersible pump which is installed directly to the well.
3. Install vibration isolators (sanitary thick rubber) on their legs to reduce noise which is inevitable during the operation of the pump. If the basement is not provided in owner-occupied dwelling, install such pumping station in hitch, having dug out it near source of water and having supplied it with the metal warmed caisson.
4. Add water supply system with preliminary filter which will detain sand and suspensions.
5. Put protective membrane for implementation of thin water treatment if it bad quality. To prevent breakage of the pump from its work in "dry", establish float – "protection against the dry course" or special automatic equipment.
6. Lay underground pipelines lower than frost depth in this territory. Entrance to the well of delivery pipe arrange at depth of 1.8 m.
7. Warm well top, for example, mineral wool if there is no opportunity to enter the pipeline on frost depth. Its rather dense adherence provides excellent barrier to cold air.
8. Establish water-heating cable for ensuring stable work of water supply system and water supply of owner-occupied dwelling. It should be put directly in water and on pipe sections which are not protected from freezing.
9. Carry out distributing of pipes by normal consecutive way. It is used in the small owner-occupied dwelling equipped with kitchen and one bathroom. The minimum quantity of connections provides excellent reliability and unpretentiousness of system, however it has essential shortcoming: need of overlapping of one pipe leads to blocking of all water supply of cottage.
10. Make distributing of the pipeline in the collector way in the big cottages equipped with several bathrooms and set of the equipment connected to water supply system. In such system water can be blocked only in one pipe, without full overlapping of water supply system.
