1. Independently production of the toroidal transformer requires the industrial welding transformer which has served the. It is necessary to sort it and from plates of 90X450 millimeters in size to collect bagel. The area of cut of the core is determined by quantity of plates. 2. The old industrial welding transformer needs to be sorted. In it there are P-shaped cores. It is necessary to strike with the hammer and the core will break up to plates. It is possible to correct plates on anvil. To make bagel, it is necessary to rivet first of all hoop from plates. It has to have the outer diameter of equal 260 millimeters.
3. After that the first plate is inserted into internal part of hoop. It is the best of all to hold it with hand in order that it was not untwisted. Then closely to the first, it is necessary to insert the second plate, then third and so on. As a result the bagel having diameter of 120 millimeters has to turn out.
4. If you have decided to make bagel of TC270 transformers, then it is necessary to make recalculation of diameter. The required area of section has to turn out. Quite often do two bagels and put them together. In this situation the inside and outer diameters of bagel leave without changes. By means of file it is necessary to process edges of toroid.
