2. Reliable connection of sidewalls is reached by cross-pieces. They should be vystrugat from board 35 mm thick. Choosing wood, stop on material from coniferous breeds. 3. On scaled paper represent contours of parts from which the finished product will gather. Do drawings full-scale, extremely accurately and precisely. Then transfer contours to wooden blanks.
4. Cut parts, using hacksaw with thin cloth. Further process them file and abrasive paper.
5. At connection of the basis of chair and its sidewalls it is possible to use two methods. Connection "in thorn" therefore it is necessary to prefer it will be the most reliable. In this case provide at marking thorns and cuts under them.
6. The second way – glue. At the same time parts connect joiner's glue and long screws. For a start it is necessary to plan through holes in side parts, then to drill them. Besides joiner's glue at assembly it is possible to use casein glue, BF-2 or epoxy resin. Remember that the glue drops acting between the connected parts should be deleted only after full drying of glue.
7. It is quite good to cover ready framework of rocking-chair with mordant and several varnish coats, it is desirable oil. Fit back of chair in advance prepared dense matter which needs previously to be marked.
8. Helpful advice: for simplification of work try to fit tool handles chlorvinyl tube. It is possible to facilitate putting on of tube, having placed tube for several minutes in acetone. It will make tube bulked up and will help to put on easily it handles, and after drying such tube densely will fit them.
